1. Clicker Heroes

Clicker Heroes is our absolute favorite idle game. Playsaurus released the game in 2014 for PC and in 2015 for mobile devices. We have sunk hundreds of hours into this game and the game is fantastic. It’s very addicting though, so be warned.

In Clicker Heroes you have tons of heroes to level up, quests to complete with mercenaries and our favorite thing is that you can obtain their premium currency (rubies) quite easily without having to spend real money. You can spend these rubies on various upgrades such as auto clickers.

In addition, there’s the option to ascend in clicker heroes, which will start you back at level one but will give you Hero souls which you can use to upgrade your ancients. These ancients give you a ton of power which allow you progress even further.

And then there’s transcending. Transcending fully resets your game (including losing all your hero souls) but will give you Ancient Souls instead. You can use these ancient souls to upgrade your Outsiders which give you an immense increase in power.

The game has a lot of depth, and you can easily spend hundreds of hours playing it. If you’d like to check it out you can find the Android version here, and the iOS version here.
